Having constructed over 500 custom and semi-custom homes and townhomes, Mechenbier diversified into the commercial market in the mid 1990s with the construction and development of commercial facilities. We currently lease over 450,000 square feet of commercial office and warehouse space in the Albuquerque metropolitan area.

We have designed, constructed, and currently lease and manage office and warehouse space for more than 35 companies, including such national firms as Polar Corporation, Cabot Corporation, Thyssen-Krupp Elevator, ICx Mesosystems, and Farmers Insurance. We also lease to many local and regional businesses in industries ranging from accounting to technical and medical fields.
