Mechenbier Construction Inc. has been a respected developer in the construction industry in New Mexico since the early 1980s. As an established and trusted member of the Albuquerque community, our firm holds true to its values of honesty, integrity, respect for the community, and customer satisfaction. Having constructed over 500 custom and semi-custom homes and townhomes, Mechenbier diversified into the commercial market in the mid 1990s with the construction and development of commercial facilities. We currently lease over 450,000 square feet of commercial office and warehouse space in the Albuquerque metropolitan area.

As a fourth generation native New Mexican, Mechenbier realizes that it is essential to combine aesthetics and functionality with cost effectiveness through quality construction and innovative design to create an effective work environment. The standards we set are the key to our success. Our goal is to create distinctive buildings built with our tenants’ requirements in mind. We have designed, constructed, and currently lease and manage office and warehouse space for more than 35 companies, including such national firms as Polar Corporation, SICPA, Thyssen-Krupp Elevator, Siemens, and Farm Bureau. We also lease to many local and regional businesses in industries ranging from accounting to technical and medical fields.
