Our firm moved into a (semi) build to suit Mechenbier building last June. Throughout the construction phase, every request, change or addition to our plan was immediately acknowledged and addressed. They met our deadline to be moved from our previous location, avoiding huge holdover fees. Mechenbier employees and their vendors are a pleasure to work with. “Our company, Polar/HealthFirst has leased with Mechenbier Construction for the last sixteen years. We have built out 3 different lease spaces and with each one, Mechenbier has worked with us to make sure we had exactly what we needed, what we wanted and when we wanted. At one point, we needed to modify a space we were in to provide different areas for company business and functions such as training etc. No problem with Mechenbier Construction they were there, drawing up plans right away and doing everything they could to make us happy in our space, with as little distraction as possible, and as fast as possible to perfection.
