Mechenbier Construction Inc. has been a respected developer in New Mexico’s construction industry since 1980. While we no longer engage in residential construction, we take great pride in having built over 500 custom and semi-custom homes, which laid the foundation for our success. In the mid-1990s, Mechenbier diversified into the commercial and industrial market, focusing on the construction and development of commercial and industrial facilities.

As a fourth-generation native New Mexican, Mechenbier understands the importance of blending aesthetics and functionality while maintaining cost-effectiveness through quality construction and innovative design to create effective work environments. We have designed, constructed, and lease over 450,000 square feet of commercial office and warehouse space for more than 55 companies. These tenants include notable national firms such as Xerox, SICPA, TK Elevator, Siemens, Overhead Door, and Western States Fire Protection to name a few. We also lease to various local and regional businesses across industries ranging from accounting to technical and medical fields.

As well as constructing these spaces, we also manage these properties. Tenant satisfaction is our top priority. As a result, we maintain long-term relationships with our tenants and boast a high tenant satisfaction rate.
